Ordering & Delivery
How often do you update your menu?
We’re always cooking up new ideas! Our menu rotates seasonally and evolves based on customer feedback, fresh ingredient availability, and inspiration from our kitchen team.
Do I need a subscription?
Nope! NutriMeals is one-off ordering only (for now). Just order what you want, when you want it. A flexible subscription option is coming soon.
Can I choose my own meals or are they packaged up?
We want you to have total flexibility, you choose the meals that suit your taste and lifestyle. You can even add pantry staples to your order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally to the following suburbs:
2092 – Seaforth
2093 – Balgowlah, Balgowlah Heights, Manly Vale, Clontarf
2094 – Fairlight
2095 – Manly
2096 – Queenscliff, Freshwater, Curl Curl
2099 – Dee Why, Cromer
2100 – North Manly, Brookvale

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
No problem - we’ll leave your meals in a safe place using insulated packaging and cool packs. Just pop them into the fridge or freezer ASAP to maintain freshness. Please note: NutriMeals is not liable for perishable items left unattended. You will get an email from the courier notifying you of delivery if you are not at home.
What time can I pick my order up at the cafe?
It will be available from 2-4pm for pick up every Monday and Thursday. If this time doesn’t suit you please call the cafe on (02) 9977 7386 and we’ll do our best to work something out for you like leave it on the deck with freezer packs after hours or have it available earlier for you.
Can I do a split order and have it picked up over two weeks?
No sorry, however we will have our meals available in the freezer at the cafe now too, so you can swing by and get a couple if that’s all you need.
Storage & Reheating
How long will my meals last?
• Fridge: 3–4 days. Store on the bottom shelf for maximum freshness.
• Freezer: Up to 3 months for frozen meals.
Are all meals frozen?
Most of them yes, we make them fresh each week, freeze them then send them out, then repeat each week, this way we get the freshest F&V available at the markets each week. We don’t keep product for more than 1 week, helps with our freezer space!
We often have 1-2 meals that are fresh, currently it’s the Honey Glazed Tofu Bowl, you’ll notice in the re-heating instructions on the relevant product page.
Can I freeze fresh meals if I change my mind?
Our fresh bowls aren’t suitable for freezing. Also, please don’t refreeze thawed frozen meals—for food safety reasons.
Is your packaging oven-safe and recyclable?
Yes! Our containers are oven-safe and recyclable.
Do meals come with reheating instructions?
Yes! Instructions are included with each delivery and on the website within each product page, so you’ll know exactly how to reheat or enjoy each dish.
Dietary & Nutrition
Are all your meals gluten-free?
Yes. All NutriMeals are 100% gluten-free.
Do you cater to other diets like vegan or dairy-free?
Yes. You’ll find dietary labels on each product (e.g. DF, Vegan, Vegetarian) both online and on packaging. We’re very mindful when it comes to dietary needs—Phil, our founder, is gluten- and dairy-free too, so we take extra care.
Where can I see ingredients and nutrition info?
Each meal lists full ingredients and nutritional details on its product page.
Do your meals contain allergens?
Each meal will have a list of ingredients so you can see allergens on that list. Our commercial kitchen also handles nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, sesame and other common allergens.
While we do everything we can to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our meals are allergen-free. Please use discretion based on your allergy severity.
Refunds, Loyalty & Gifting
What if I don’t like a meal or something goes wrong?
We want you happy on the inside and out. If a meal isn’t up to scratch, we’ll replace it or refund it. Just let us know.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
Sorry—once you order, our kitchen gets straight to work. For this reason, orders can’t be changed or cancelled after submission.
Do you offer gift cards or meals for someone else?
Yes! You can send an order to a friend’s address, or purchase a Shopify gift card for them to choose their own meals. Healthy gifting = the best kind.
