A warming Moroccan-inspired tagine of roasted root vegetables, chickpeas and dried apricot, gently spiced and served with quinoa & cauliflower rice and a silky house-made tofu cream.
A grounding, plant-based dish with sweet and savoury layers, perfect for cooler months.
Ingredients: Roasted carrots, cauliflower, parsnips, broccoli, zucchini, turnip, pumpkin, sweet potato. tahini, orange juice, saffron, quinoa & cauliflower rice.
Reheating Instructions: Allow to thaw - cooking in microwave for 3.5 minutes on high allow to sit for 1 minute. If frozen cook on high for 5.5 minutes or until completly warmed through.

Reheating instructions
Whilst products are best re-heated from thawed so meat doesn’t over cook, we understand we’re all in a rush sometimes.
Microwave
Heat on high for 3.5 minutes, will need 1-2 mins longer from frozen. Ensure food is hot throughout.
Oven
Add 1/8 cup water to the container. 180 dg’s 15-20 mins from thawed.
20-30 mins from frozen
Stovetop
Empty contents into a pan.
Add 1/4 cup water Simmer gently on low-medium heat until heated through.
Salad & Treats
Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Dressings are packed separately-just shake & pour when ready to eat.
